From the very first appointment, she was so patient, gentle, and kind with him. She never rushed him and always made sure he felt safe and comfortable. Her friendliness and calm approach have truly made every visit a breeze. Because of her, haircuts are no longer something we dread they’re actually possible (and even enjoyable!) again for my toddler.
